Position Overview:As the Growth Marketing Manager at Instantia, you will work directly with senior management to design and implement a marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness and positions our world-first FX risk management platform and technology as a leader in the fintech industry.
This role encompasses orchestrating multi-channel marketing initiatives, including the development and execution of campaign strategies, event coordination, product positioning, and performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging target audiences, crafting impactful content, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our industry-leading solutions.
With a strong focus on increasing market visibility and generating high-quality leads, you will be influential in ensuring Instantia's cutting-edge technology reaches and resonates with businesses seeking smarter FX risk management and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy Design and Delivery:Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, aiming to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.Conduct research to assess available marketing channels and incorporate customer journey touchpoints to maximise impact.Ensure campaign strategies align with sales cycles and commercial goals.Create and develop email marketing programs that drive client retention.Content Creation:Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and webinars.Ensure content relevance and consistency to establish Instantia as an industry thought leader.Develop customer testimonials.Perform Marketing Campaign Design and Delivery:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels, aiming to attract and engage target audiences effectively.Manage paid advertising initiatives across platforms to drive lead generation and maximise conversions.Utilise customer insights, market conditions, and campaign data to refine and optimise marketing strategies in line with evolving trends.Event Co-ordination:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks and reinforce brand positioning.Work with event staff to ensure seamless event experience.Develop event materials.Source suppliers for merchandise.Logistics, transportation of event assets, booth set up.Product Marketing:Work alongside product teams to formulate go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective communication of product value.Develop targeted messaging that resonates with our audience, highlighting key features and benefits.Develop messages and client-centric content for marketing materials.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a cost-effective approach that maximises return on investment.Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on results and key performance indicators.Manage the lead generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximised ROI on campaigns.Forecast costs and measure actual spend against targets to optimise lead acquisition strategies.Key Skills and Qualifications: Strategic and Analytical SkillsProficiency in audience research, persona mapping, and customer journey design.Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and SEO principles.Ability to analyse campaign data and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.Creative Execution: Expertise in copywriting, imagery selection, and content development.Experience with Canva for creating marketing assets.Event & Project Management: Proven ability to plan and deliver events within budget.Skilled in vendor negotiation and effective stakeholder communication.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools for email, digital ads, and website management.Experience with paid search and social media platforms.Budget & Resource Management:Detail-oriented with strong cost management and ROI tracking skills.
Industry Expertise:Experience in fintech, international payments, or FX risk management is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager role at Instantia will be a seasoned marketing professional with 5-8 years of experience in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies.
Experience in the fintech sector, particularly in areas like international payments, FX risk management, or SaaS platforms, is highly desirable.
This individual should have a proven track record of success in: Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.Content Strategy and Creation: Developing high-quality content that aligns with business objectives and positions the company as a thought leader in the industry.Event Marketing: Planning and coordinating industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and generate networking opportunities.Product Marketing: Collaborating with product teams to craft go-to-market strategies and customer-centric messaging for new offerings.Performance Analysis: Leveraging data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and ensure alignment with KPIs.The candidate must be skilled in audience research, persona mapping, copywriting, budget management, and the use of marketing tools like Canva and analytics platforms.
They should demonstrate strong project management capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
