PermanentSydney locationHow will I help?As the Technical Business Analyst for GTS Technology team, you will engage with both business and technology and work closely with colleagues across the business and technology to assist with the continued development of GTS products and offerings.
This is a more technical/SME role in the entitlements squad of the W1C program.
You will be responsible for designing, constructing, and deploying entitlement policies in PING to drive user access and data controls on the W1C platform for both customer and internal staff.Major accountabilities:Stakeholder Management and Communication: Identify stakeholders and maintain collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements and engage with key stakeholder groups.Requirements Analysis and Lifecycle Management: Ensure the project meets the needs of the customer and is aligned with the overall strategy by:Scheduling requirements workshops and meetings as needed.Defining 'As Is' and 'To Be' Business Processes and solution requirements.Developing detailed Business Requirements and/or System Functional / Non-Functional Specifications.Reviewing and analysing documentation in light of any new information and/or changes.Supporting testing, training, and implementation activities.Supporting the creation of implementation plans and technical activities prior to go live.Best practice and Delivery Methodology compliance: Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes.Risk Management: Ensure project-related risks are managed according to agreed frameworks.Reporting: Regular status reporting as it relates to the project including progress and risks.Community of Practice - Business Analysis: Contribute to the Westpac Group's Community of Practice for Business Analysis.PING SME: Designing, constructing, and deploying entitlement policies in PING.What do I need?Prior experience in Financial Services.Prior experience with PING Identity (PING Authorize).Prior experience in JSON Data Structures, Policy Based Authorisation or ForgeRock Identity.Experience in business analysis, data analysis, system functional and non-functional analysis.Business domain knowledge of identity and security.Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience desirable.A strong understanding of technology and business systems.How do I apply?Start here.
