Ideally positioned, this newly renovated property offers its clientele easy access to its premium food and beverage offeringJob Description Restaurant Operations Manager - this is a dynamic and leadership-focused role that requires a seasoned professional with an in-depth understanding of high-end restaurant operations and a holistic approach to driving business success across all facets of the venue. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, refine guest experiences, and champion operational excellence while maintaining the standards of a premium dining environment.The successful candidate will: Manage the restaurant's connection with other spaces within the venue, ensuring harmony between all operational areas (e.g., bar, private dining, functions).
Uphold exceptional service standards and create memorable, high-end dining experiences for every guest, ensuring the venue maintains its premium reputation.
Lead, inspire, and develop FOH teams to deliver outstanding results; recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
Take a holistic approach to the business by optimising revenue opportunities, streamlining workflows, and implementing effective SOPs to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Candidate Profile A few things you'll need to have: Strong understanding of high-end restaurant operations, with a focus on both the guest experience and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
