About the role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll own the delivery of an exceptional dining experience, work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead a team of experienced wait staff, and be accountable for training and up-skilling the wider team around premium products and service.
You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure each guest has an exceptional dining experience.
You'll have the chance to develop and lead a world-class team that delivers nothing short of excellence.
Additionally, your attention to detail is second to none; you'll show initiative, be focused, and always own the result.

Experience working with wine as well as a good understanding of all beverages is preferred.
You will be guest-focused and willing to spend time developing and training new and existing staff of different capabilities.
