Lead Nurse Practitioner – Veteran Health - $130k - $180K salary package
We are the leading Veteran Health provider specializing in delivering exceptional services to the veteran community in all stages of their return to civilian life.
Reporting to CMO.
Full time In this pivotal role, the Lead NP will be working alongside General Practitioners performing medical assessments and consultations to veterans prior to our qualified Doctors performing their consultations and reports to DVA.
Key Responsibilities : Clinical AssessmentsProvides advanced nursing assessment, which includes obtaining and collating clinical information from veterans through telehealth consultations.
presents clinical information to the assigned GP through our online management system.Make provisional diagnoses to GPs to assist in condition diagnosis and causation.Prepares provisional report of medical assessment reports for GP completion.Clinical GovernanceContributes to maintaining and improving the quality of care by providing education to other members of the health care team.
Contributes to the development of processes that foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement.Leadership and TeamworkLead and contribute to a dynamic team of clinical and administrative support staff.
