HSE Advisor – Civil ConstructionOur client is one of Australia's leading Civil and Engineering Construction companies built on strong family values with a strong pipeline of work in WA.
They are currently completing a tailings dam construction project and are seeking a HSE Advisor to work on a 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth.Role & Responsibilities: Implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Provide HSE training and support to site personnel, fostering a culture of safety and awareness.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Monitor and review risk assessments and safe work method statements (SWMS) to ensure effectiveness and compliance.Desired Experience: Cert IV Work, Health and Safety3 years' experience working in the civil industry.Tailings dam experience desirable.Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices specific to the construction sector.The Offer: Up to $130k base + 35% uplift + superStrong pipeline of work.Company with strong family values.Long term company and career growth.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV below.
