This position will be on a permanent 8:6 roster DIDO from Perth.About YouExperience in HSEQ related roles within mining industry.Diploma of WHS or equivalent.Demonstrated leadership skills and competency.Professional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in remote locations.Knowledge and experience in utilising HSEQT systems including INX, Chemwatch and MDL.Ability to adapt to different projects /different client's requirements.Knowledge and application of WA mining legislation.About the RoleFacilitate risk assessments with departments.Contribute to on-site safety meetings.Ensure compliance with Document Control and Management System Records.Coordinate workplace inspections and audits; conduct internal HSE audits.Implement Macmahon HSEQ standards via site-specific plans and activity monitoring.Facilitate Safety Interaction and Hazard Identification programs.Monitor HSEQ performance against strategic objectives.Complete HSEQ KPI activities (Task Observations, etc.) on site.Employee BenefitsFantastic site amenities at Lithium mine site.Dedicated lifestyle, financial and mental health support.Salary packaging options.Access to a wide range of employee discounts with Macmahon retail, vehicle, insurance and banking partners.About MacmahonMacmahon is a leading Australian contract mining company with projects throughout Australia and Southeast Asia.
