They emphasise safety, collaboration, and high-quality delivery across their projects, providing a supportive work environment.
OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead complex excavation and infrastructure projects, including deep shaft construction, muck removal, and the installation of structural elements.
You will oversee daily construction activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project schedules and standards.
RoleAs a Site Supervisor, you will:
Oversee site activities, ensuring completion within budget and on timeManage and inspect the work of subcontractors, particularly for piling, shotcreting, and rock bolt installationsProvide technical guidance on deep excavation projects, including capping, waler beams, and muck removal from shaftsCoordinate equipment, materials, and personnel to ensure efficient operationsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsContribute to progress reports and collaborate with the Project ManagerRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in managing deep excavation and complex civil construction projectsGeneral knowledge of piling, rock bolting, and shotcretingAbility to interpret drawings and manage subcontractors effectivelyStrong leadership and communication skillsConstruction General Safety Induction card and relevant trade qualificationsWhat's on OfferAs part of this opportunity, you will receive:
