The Role Site Supervisor – focusing on a major Data Centre project in excess of $1bn. Working on a range of Commercial projects throughout Sydney – Initial project will be a major Data Centre in the Huntingwood area of Sydney. Keeping the project to programme or improving delivery times. Managing sub-contractors in an effective and collaborative manner. Safety is paramount – ensuring a strong culture of OHS exists within the team. The Person Ideally you will come from a carpentry trade background and show a passion for the building sector. Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on major projects with good all-round structures, finishes and fit-out exposure. Demonstrated Tier 1 or 2 employment longevity – This is a long-term role, and we are looking for people who have shown loyalty and consistency in past roles in the industry. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with management as well as with the sub-contractors on site. You will be tech-savvy and have used computers to assist your day-to-day activities. You should have plenty of initiative and be goal-oriented, keen to work as a team and have the drive to get the project done on time and to budget.
