Great support from day one.The opportunity:Kinetic's national talent team plays a critical role in sourcing and attracting the best people that share our passion for delivering safe, clean and reliable bus services.
Our business continues to rapidly grow, and so does our need to have more people join us in the bus lane.This role will suit someone that has worked in high volume recruitment and is happy to take a 12 month fixed term contract.What you can expect:Oversee the candidate management process throughout the employment life cycle, including end-to-end recruitment and selectionLiaise with hiring managers to provide expert advice on candidate and market trends, and to determine the recruitment requirements of the businessDevelop and facilitate assessment centres for volume recruitment exercisesWork with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop sourcing and recruitment strategiesGenerate recruitment documentation including position descriptions, interview guides, contracts and onboarding paperworkThe boxes you'll tick:A connection with our values – Passion, Integrity, Respect, Authenticity, HumilityPrevious experience in an in-house recruitment role with a focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes or experience in agency recruitment wanting an opportunity to move in-houseOutstanding communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with candidates and staff across all levels of the organisationAn enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and a positive approach to a continually changing work environmentStrong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and recruitment systemsWhy Kinetic:We are Australia's and New Zealand's leading mass transit bus operator and are rapidly growing internationallyWe have a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment that enables you to succeedWe care for our people and provide an Employee Assistance Program which includes wellbeing support, financial and nutritional coaching, counselling, and legal adviceWe offer secure and long term employment with genuine career progression opportunities locally and interstateAbout us:Kinetic is Australia and New Zealand's largest and most diverse bus operator.
