More about you – Sales Assistant The ideal candidate will have a customer first mentality with a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will be part of a progressive business which values and supports internal career growth. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy sale driven environment, whilst having a laugh (and the occasional dance-off) with each customer that walks through our doors.
Your role: Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapportSound Cash Handling and EftposLearn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the businessMaintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentationWork towards budgets, targets and KPI'sAssist with stock control and quality managementFollow national legislation, WHS and security guidelinesYou will also have: A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targetsProven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environmentA happy, friendly andenergetic personalityA desire to deliver high quality customer serviceValid Police Check Report is required if successful in interview stageWould you like to know more?
