Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Experience Design POV, Design System Management, Design System Creation, Figma, UI Design Patterns, Adobe XD, Responsive Web Design, Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals, Visual Branding, Heuristic Review, and Creative Design for Websites & Apps.
The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not require travel.

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive experience design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
Oversee the creation and management of design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
Provide ability in Figma to create and support high-fidelity prototypes and design assets.
Use UI design patterns to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Employ Adobe XD to design and prototype user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Apply visual design elements and fundamentals to create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
Develop and support visual branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct heuristic reviews to find usability issues and recommend improvements.
Lead creative design efforts for websites and apps, ensuring they meet user needs and business aims.
Use Adobe Photoshop to create and edit visual assets for digital products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Have a strong background in Experience Design POV with a proven record of accomplishment of successful projects.
Show ability in Design System Management and Design System Creation.
Proficient in using Figma for design and prototyping.
Skilled in applying UI Design Patterns to create user-friendly interfaces.
Experienced in using Adobe XD for designing and prototyping user experiences.
Knowledgeable in Responsive Web Design principles.
Strong understanding of Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals.
Experienced in Visual Branding and keeping brand consistency.
Capable of conducting Heuristic Reviews to improve usability.
Proficient in Creative Design for Websites & Apps.
Skilled in using Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual assets.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range: $100,000
