DescriptionRight at Home is a leading in-home care provider of client-focused, relationship-based in-home care for ageing adults. Our dedicated and friendly staff help with a range of personal and lifestyle needs while providing compassionate care for ageing adults.
We are currently hiring passionate and caring individuals to join the Right at Home family As one of our amazing crew members, you will be part of a supportive and growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments, shopping, and community access.
We're looking for those special few who genuinely want to engage with and contribute to our clients' independence and wellbeing.

Get paid above the award rate at $37.00 per hour plus super.We pay you to drive Kilometres travelled between and on shift are covered.In-house training, with ongoing support.Flexible working hours, allowing you to choose when you want to work.Access to the Right at Home rewards program.About you: Compassionate and engaging, with a desire to provide a personable level of care to our clients.Ability to build relationships with clients and staff.Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from home.First Aid/CPR certificate.Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.Driver's licence, with access to a reliable car and comprehensive insurance.Applicants must have permanent or temporary working rights in Australia.
