Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
with a strategic mindset and a talent for data-driven decision-making to support HCI's mission.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will shape our financial strategies, enhance our organizational financial health, and deliver insightful analyses that drive critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning:
Develop comprehensive long-term financial plans aligned with HCI's strategic vision, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Budgeting & Forecasting Excellence:
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with departments to achieve financial targets and maintain budgetary alignment.
Risk & Compliance Oversight:
Proactively manage financial risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, optimizing cash flow and investment opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Deliver concise and insightful financial reports, communicating key metrics and forecasts to senior leadership and the Board with accuracy and impact.
Continuous Improvement:
Enhance financial systems and processes for optimal efficiency, contributing to sustainable growth.
Desired Qualifications
CA or CPA
designation is strongly preferred, underlining your commitment to professional excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role, ideally in a complex, growth-focused organization.
Core Competencies
Advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.
Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with the ability to present financial insights clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in financial management software, with a proactive approach to system optimization.
