Your opportunity:As our valued Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a vital role in providing strategic financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support key business decisions and optimise financial performance.
Reporting to our General Manager of Finance FP&A, you will lead a team of finance experts and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis within the organisation.
You'll make impact by:Developing and maintaining a comprehensive financial planning and analysis framework aligned with TPG's strategic objectives.Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop accurate and achievable financial targets.Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and new business opportunities.Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Driving the development and implementation of financial models and forecasting tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial analysis and reporting.Collaborating with business leaders and functional teams to develop performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor financial performance and operational effectiveness.Leading and developing a high-performing team of financial planning and analysis specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact financial performance and provide proactive recommendations.Continuously improving financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree or CPA qualification is highly desirable.Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Telecommunications Industry or a related sector.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and budgeting processes.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers and challenges within the telecommunications industry.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.What's in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office).'Stay Connected Mobile' - Access to a free mobile plan.'Stay Connected NBN' - Access to a free NBN 100 plan.'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year.Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities.Access to Corporate Partner Discounts.Come join us and build a better future.
