The Role As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within our manufacturing facility.
You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical systems and minimise any downtime.
The Person We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Fitter with a strong background in maintaining electrical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be safety-conscious, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

We Need Be trade qualified (A grade) Have at least 3 years' experience post-apprenticeship in a manufacturing role Industrial (high volume) food processing experience Be proficient with preventative maintenance systems (MEX) Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment. Ability to work with PLC systems and fault-finding equipment. Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders An active problem solver and quick thinker to ensure that issues are resolved effectively and efficiently Proven skills in the areas of attention to detail, information processing and problem solving with the ability to multitask Sound ability to interrogate automated applications, processing machinery and equipment Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is highly desirable. Ability to work on a rotating shift basis and respond to breakdowns when required. Making an immediate impact and being part of an awesome team - and free meals?
