L'Hôtel Mövenpick, une marque premium d'Accor, situé à l'Excelsiorlaan 18 - 1930 Zaventem, ouvrira ses portes le 16/12/2024.

Description du poste : Night Auditor (horaire variable) En tant que night auditor, vous serez responsable de nombreuses tâches intéressantes liées à la réception, le tout pendant la nuit.
Votre lieu de travail ?
Le dernier étage (huitième) de l'hôtel avec une vue imprenable sur la skyline de Bruxelles et l'aéroport Vous avez un horaire flexible et les shifts se déroulent de 23h à 7h.
Voici un aperçu de certaines tâches : Enregistrement et départ des clients (internationaux) Fournir des informations aux clients de l'hôtel concernant l'hôtel ainsi que le système de fidélité ALL d'Accor Tâches administratives (facturation, clôture de caisse, etc.)
Clôture de la journée et rédaction des rapports Effectuer des réservations via le système de réservation d'Accor Suivi de la propreté de la réception, du hall, etc.
Êtes-vous accueillant(e), orienté(e) client, proactif(ve), un(e) joueur(euse) d'équipe, et la passion de l'hôtellerie vous anime ?Parlez-vous néerlandais, français, anglais, et éventuellement d'autres langues ?Alors vous êtes le candidat que nous recherchons.
