About You: Exceptional Customer Service: Your passion for serving patients shines through, and you are a natural on the phone or front of house.Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in computer/IT skills.
MAC knowledge appreciated.Organizational Master: You excel in prioritization, detail orientation, and diary management.Initiative and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to take charge and find solutions; a background in a management position would be highly regarded.Marketing Enthusiast: Excited to support our practice's growth through innovative marketing strategies and event planning.Adaptable: You will be able to rise to challenges and difficulties that are present in the job.Team Player with Autonomy: Collaborative spirit paired with the ability to work independently.Medical Practice Experience: It is essential that you have practice management experience.
Experience in Genie or Gentu software is desirable.About the Role: Full Time, Permanent: The position is full time, based at Fitzroy, with travel with the surgeon to other consulting sites at Knox, Coburg, and Sandringham.Varied Responsibilities: From preparing for weekly consultations to managing patient queries, scheduling operations, and planning events, your role is essential in ensuring smooth practice management.Patient-Centric: Handle patient appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.Room Preparation: Ensure consulting rooms are ready for each patient interaction, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.If you're ready to bring your enthusiasm and skills to our team, we invite you to apply today
