How will I help?

The role of Personal Banking Advisor is a key customer-facing position in our branch network.
You will assist customers with their everyday banking needs, creating a stress-free, seamless experience.
You'll help customers with their transactional and savings banking needs, refer them to specialists when required, and proactively contact existing customers via phone or email.

What do I need?

Some experience in customer service is essential, especially if it involved sales.
You should be confident in building and managing long-term relationships.
Any business or financial know-how will be an advantage.
