Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting)
We are an established boutique advisory and accounting firm, servicing high-net worth family groups and businesses.
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to service our clients' advisory and compliance needs.
We have cultivated an excellent reputation by providing high-level strategies, excellent service and relationships to large private businesses, successful professionals and growing start-ups.
In addition to traditional compliance services, we also perform a range of advisory work including business valuations, business restructures, asset protection, loan restructure and taxation advice including rollover and capital gains tax advice.
We are looking for a candidate with the following: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Services role Client Management Experience Strong knowledge of Australian Taxation Law Good knowledge of group structures and asset protection mechanisms Experience with preparing budgets and forecasts High level of organisation and time management skills Ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to mentor junior team members Completed or well progressed with either CA or CPA qualification Ideally you will have the following software experience: Budget/forecast software Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel We offer:
