BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - WATERPROOFINGThe CompanyOur client is an Australian owned and nationally renowned solution provider in the concrete remediation space.

With state-of-the-art products sourced through loyal channel parts and expert in-house engineer teams and onsite technicians, this business can tackle nearly any size or specification of project.This business specialises in offering the following services:Concrete infrastructure inspections and repairsConcrete strengthening, waterproofing and coatingsConsultation on asset management and best practiceStructural repair work in both small and large applicationsThe company has a strong history and diverse multicultural workforce.

This position is a growth role, working closely with the VIC sales team and VIC Sales Manager with the aim of maintaining and significantly growing customer base and operations within the territory.BDM role - with further responsibilities managing major accountsMetro Brisbane territory + occasional regional travelManage an existing portfolio of commercial builders, tier 1 construction companies, civil contractors, marine specialists, councils and more.On the road position will see you working in a range of environments from the company office to job sites or presenting proposals to corporate decision makers, engineering teams, architects, and specifiers.Scope to work the territory autonomously, with support provided from a head office team.The BenefitsCompetitive salary of up to $120k + super + fully maintained vehicle (Hilux or Ranger).Opportunity to work for a market leader in a niche, specialised industry.Huge technical resources available at your disposal to ensure you win jobs at a high hit rate.Massive growth territory, backed by commercial and government developments.Work with a company that operates in an ethical and environmentally conscious manner.The CandidateThis position will be reserved for an enthusiastic and energetic sales person with a strong background in B2B sales.
