About the role
We are seeking a talented, vibrant, and dynamic QT Front Office Duty Manager, that will bring individuality, creativity, and passion into turning the ordinary into extraordinary.
Ensuring our guest's needs are exceeded Managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel Customer service duties including check-ins, check-outs, and managing any guest enquiries Ensure policies, procedures, rates, and general hotel information are communicated to the team Be proficient in all front and back office equipment/systems/programs Cash handling, electronic payments, and responding to email/enquiries Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all guests during your shift Implement training programs for all front office employees, conduct new employee inductions/onboarding, and skills training What We Can Give In Return...
