Title:Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise ApplicationsReports to:Lead Business Analyst – Enterprise ApplicationsLocation:Head Office, VictoriaType of Employment:PermanentPrimary Focus: Join a leading Retail Pharmacy group in Australia, known for its significant presence in the healthcare market with operations spanning across multiple countries including New Zealand, China, Ireland, and Dubai.The organisation boasts a robust IT department tasked with delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across an extensive network of over 600 retail stores and numerous distribution centers.Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:Collaborate with the BA team and business units to enhance technology across various projects.Elicit requirements through workshops and interviews, conduct gap analysis, and develop functional specifications.Analyse and map out current and future business processes, and provide actionable insights and solutions.Define and evaluate potential solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.Facilitate the integration and implementation of new systems and applications.Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business and IT objectives.Drive projects to completion, adhering to established timelines and standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in the retail domain, with at least 5 years as a Technical Business Analyst.Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale IT projects.Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desirable knowledge includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365, ERP systems, cloud technologies, and integration platforms like Dell Boomi.Teamwork and Relationships:Work collaboratively across IT and business departments to deliver high-quality solutions.Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude in all interactions.Qualifications:Essential: Relevant experience in a similar role within the retail sector.Desirable: Industry certifications in Business Analysis and familiarity with BABOK principles.
