The team seeks to understand the business and personal goals of business owners and use their expertise and specialist teams to provide tailored financial solutions.
Small Business Banking is a part of CBA Business Banking and provides in-branch face-to-face and remote support to Small Businesses across Australia.
In Small Business Banking, we cultivate strong connections with our communities and customers by building deep connections, having compelling propositions, and exceptional execution.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain further exposure to Small Business clients with a strong and successful business.
Your role will specifically involve:
Financial modelling and analysis relating to Small Business clientsPreparing credit submissions for new facilities and coordination of deal execution through documentation and fundingPreparing various reporting requirements including your pipeline of work in progressWorking closely with Business Bankers to meet client requirementsWhat are we looking for? We're a high-performing, customer-focused team and we're looking for a self-driven Analyst with a proven track record within similar Business/Commercial banking roles.
In this team, you'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to small business clients and work with some of the most skilled Business Bankers.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience with business lending including writing and analysing credit transactions, ideally within Business and/or Commercial Banking.Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L, structuring of loans, securities, and financial products.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders e.g.
Business Bankers, Credit/Risk Department, Group Lending Services, etc.Client service experience ideally in a Commercial or Business banking environment.Well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills.A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.If this sounds like you, apply now
