About the role We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Sales Strategist to join our team.
As Media Sales Strategist you will play a critical role in driving our retail media offering, Circuit by Cashreward's sales initiatives, focusing on building strategic partnerships with brands and retailers to enhance cashback campaigns.
As ideal candidate you will have a background in sales strategy, an understanding of retail and digital media, and the ability to create innovative go-to-market strategies for key shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
Your FocusDevelop Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth for Circuit packages, focusing on key categories like Tech, Liquor, Beauty, and Fashion.Partner Engagement: Identify and engage brand partners to build campaigns and packages.Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within retail media and cashback spaces.Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling, category-specific sales packages that resonate with brand objectives and enhance consumer shopping experiences.Pipeline Management: Support the successful delivery of the sales team's pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through with potential partners and clients.Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and track performance metrics for campaigns, providing feedback and insights to optimise future sales strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and success of Circuit campaigns.About YouExperience: Deep sales strategy or business development role, desirably in digital media, retail, or e-commerce.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.Retail Media Expertise: Knowledge of retail media, cashback platforms, and digital advertising strategies.Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data, sales performance, and consumer trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Tools & CRM: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management software.In the fast moving cashback category, Cashrewards has powered ahead of its rivals and taken the lead, serving over 2 million members with an enticing range of cashback offers from more than 2000 brand partners including Apple, Amazon, Myer, Adidas, Bonds, Target, Booking.com and The Iconic.
