Business Development Manager - QueenslandTynic Automation is an importer, stockist, machinist and distributor of Engineering Plastics, Conveyor Products and Power Transmission Equipment.
With increased growth, we are looking for an outstanding individual with the ability and drive to work in a fully autonomous external sales role, heavily focused on the food, beverage and engineering market segments of our business here in Queensland.
Representing Regina & SYNAPLEX Conveyor Chain, teCom Conveyor Products and some of the world's elite Engineering Plastic manufacturers, your ability to be self-driven in a known market is imperative.
Job tasks and responsibilities Demonstrate strong technical service & sales orientationDisplay excellent communication skills with a broad range of peopleCommitment to providing an outstanding level of product quality assurance and customer serviceSound problem solving and project management skillsExperienced in developing technical documentation and conducting associated trainingAcknowledged high level of maturity, integrity, loyalty, and confidentialitySelf-motivated and results-oriented hands-on technical managerGood communication skills both orally and writtenNew and existing account management and reporting abilitySkills and experience We are looking for a Business Development Manager to service our growing customer base.
Our preference will be for someone who has served their time in a technical trade with sales experience or has a minimum of 5 years external sales experience.
This role is very autonomous and will require someone who is process-driven and highly self-motivated.
