We have an enjoyable, dynamic and collaborative work environment.What you'll doReporting to the Construction Managers, Australia, your responsibilities include:Field/ Mobilized/ Project OperationsBe accountable for the leadership, supervision and compliance of an RPAS Construction Stringing Team(s) to complete works as directed by the Project Manager and Construction Manager, including:WHS complianceRisk and safety managementWorks deliverablesMentoring and guidance of team membersConduct reconnaissance, planning, workshops and associated activities to prepare for allocated projects or tasksPlan, coordinate and oversee the execution of flying activities in accordance with CASA regulations, Infravision policies, manuals and procedures.Interact with clients onsite and represent InfravisionCommunicate effectively internally and externally of the team to ensure clients and key Infravision personnel are informed of developmentsEnsure lessons learnt are communicated to the Infravision management team to ensure the continuous improvement of Infravision products and processesOffice Based OperationsDevelop, review, amend and audit Infravision operational documentationConduct training, proficiency and currency activities to develop or maintain required competenciesConduct planning and preparation for upcoming projectsRepresent Infravision at client, industry or delegated engagementsResearch and DevelopmentConduct home or field based operations in support of key developments of Infravision products and processesProvide SME advice to the R&D teamContinuously improve Infravision systems and processesAssist the Chief Aviation Officer to research, investigate and develop aviation centric products or processesAssist the Chief Technical Officer to research, investigate and develop engineer centric products or processesWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications, Experience and ValuesDemonstrated minimum of 5 years' construction Site Supervisor and/or team leader experienceWHS Construction White CardCurrent Driver's LicenseDogging HRW LicenseRigging Basic, Intermediate or Advanced HRW LicenseDemonstrated ability to read, interpret and explain construction methods and plans.Competent application of computer software such as MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Project and equivalent G-SuiteSound interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a diverse team environment.Willingness to assist in implementing innovative solutions and organizational change.Highly Desirable Qualifications and ExperiencePossession of appropriate AQF qualification at Certificate 3 level or higher (ESI - Transmission, Project Management, WHS etc.
