Due to substantial growth, we are looking to hire another 2 nurses to join our Clinical team.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual wanting to kick start their career as a Clinical Care Coordinator.My Guardian is dedicated to delivering the most compassionate and loving home care service.
Revesby LocationRegistered or Enrolled NursePermanent, full-time positionKey responsibilities include: Create and implement clinical care plans.Attend to and provide clinical care for our clients.Organise and facilitate all allied health services for our clients.Liaise with care workers and provide training where necessary.Oversee and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services.Promote a strong customer-focused culture.Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meet relevant guidelines and legislation.Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.Maintain up-to-date, clear, and accurate client care plans, records, and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures, and funding guidelines.The successful applicant will have: Current AHPRA Nursing registration (ESSENTIAL)Good clinical knowledge and skill (ESSENTIAL)Driver's license and access to own vehicleProfessional verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of organisational skillsSound computer skills in Office and ExcelFull Australian working rightsWhat we offer: Competitive salary packageOnsite parkingExceptional office cultureWeekly Friday afternoon drinks and nibbles in our Head OfficeMonthly eventsHealthy snacks and refreshments availableTraining and career developmentIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you.
