Join a well-established organisation as a Clinical Quality Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the residents receive the highest standard of care across their facilities.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Quality Coordinator to oversee clinical governance processes across multiple aged care facilities in Australia.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, this role is based at one of their Sydney facilities and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
This role does not require regular travel; however, if the successful candidate wishes to visit other facilities, travel expenses will be fully covered.
Please note, this is an on-site role with no work-from-home option.
Role Overview: Position: Clinical Quality CoordinatorLocation: Based in Sydney, overseeing multiple premium facilities across AustraliaReports to: Group Operations ManagerTravel: Minimal, with optional facility visits covered by the organization.Work Arrangement: On-site role with no work-from-home optionKey Requirements: AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).A strong background in aged care with in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and the new Aged Care Quality Standards.Exceptional writing and reporting skills.A proactive and hands-on approach, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.Strong clinical knowledge and experience in data collection and analysis.Key Responsibilities: Oversight of clinical governance processes and compliance with aged care standards.Review facility management reports and analyse data.Manage and submit Quality Indicator data.Oversight of Serious Incident Reporting Scheme (SIRS) processes and analysis.Coordinate workforce education and training systems.Ensure all homes remain fully compliant and maintain exceptional accreditation feedback.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional eager to make a meaningful impact on the aged care sector.
