If you're ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.THE ROLE:Working alongside the broader HR Team to deliver our HR StrategyPartner with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HRSupport with the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement)Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the businessAnalyse HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policiesManage employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirementsSupport with the execution of organisational designDrive completion of compliance training and support career and succession planningPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment processPartner with WHS Manager to oversee WHS matters within the designated portfolioMaintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry updatesEnsure performance and development plans and processes are embedded and completedOn-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a customer service focused fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and AgreementsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated experience in using data to drive HR strategiesHighly organised with strong planning and organisational skillsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirableABOUT BRANDBANK GROUP:Brandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
