Supportive team culture Hybrid working environment Competitive salary package HR Business Partner - 135k-145k base + super - 2 year Fixed Term Contract - Energy Company - Melbourne CBD The Company: A multi-national energy company with offices in Melbourne CBD is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.
In this newly created role, you will join a lean HR team who are passionate about collaboration and supporting one another.
The Role: As a HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning the companies people strategy with their business goals.
You'll collaborate with leadership to shape a culture of growth, inclusion, and innovation while delivering impactful HR solutions that support our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders on all HR matters.
Partner with business unit leaders to design and implement workforce strategies.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Facilitate training content that is received from Head Office.
Support business unit with recruitment, visas, mobility and relocation of staff.
Experience required: The successful candidate for this opportunity will have experience in: HR Business Partner role previously.
Have demonstrated experience coaching and advising managers around recruitment, performance matters, employee relations and other HR related matters.
Ability to manipulate multiple systems.
Support the National HR Manager with HR strategies for the business.
Worked in a unionised environment previously.
