Case Officer - Medical Information Exchange (Casual) Casual State: VIC Job Status: Casual At Unified Healthcare Group (UHG), we are continuing to grow the Medical Information Exchange Department and looking for 4 X casual people who can start as soon as possible.
Our purpose is to make it easier for businesses and healthcare providers to transact effectively and achieve better outcomes through the med Ebridge platform.
We provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GPs, specialists, nurses, allied health professionals and more.
Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.

Successful applicants will join our dedicated case management team, responsible for liaising with our customers and healthcare providers to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements.
Liaising with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
Writing accurate case notes in the med Ebridge platform.
Relationship management between clients and UHG.
Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required.
What you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively.
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Technology savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners and in-particular GPs work, or injury rehabilitation, or within the legal or insurance practices is an advantage but not essential.
