The Operational Office estate team provides exceptional customer service to our professional clients, KCC staff and members of the public that attend our estate.
We are committed to providing a high standard of office facilities and environment to our staff, helping them have the right tools and space to be able to carry out their service for the Council.

We are seeking a skilled Area Facilities Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a geographical area of KCC's Operational Office Estate, ensuring KCC offices are safe and delivered to a high standard for all building users.
Managing audits to ensure there is continuous improvement in the office estate.
Ensuring that the KCC Operational Office estate is compliant with property and Health and Safety legislation.

The ideal candidate will also manage, motivate, and develop our front of house teams for directly delivered services i.e.
building officers, reception, multi-skilled operatives, mailroom operatives ensuring a high level of customer services for all users.
