With rising demand across Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, we're investing $140M into our Rocklea facility, ensuring we can continue to meet growing customer needs.
This investment includes a new high-speed can body line, boosting our capacity by 13% and featuring cutting-edge decoration and quality systems.

The Role: Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am) the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standardsOperating high-speed machinery including:performing changeoverstroubleshootingmachine adjustmentsmaintenance tasksAssist in machinery changeovers.Reading & following SOP'sContributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world-class operational performance.Being a proactive and enthusiastic team member.What we are looking for: Strong communication skills & a team playerBasic computer skillsGood mechanical aptitudeAvailability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.Manufacturing or printing experience is advantageous.Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.What we offer: Site typically operates a 24/7 roster which offers competitive hourly rates and allowances.Any hours worked beyond normal roster paid at double time, further increasing your earning capacity.Full training in machine safety, product quality, and equipment operationProfessional and friendly work environment driven by our clear values and behaviours.Access to our reward and recognition program which recognises outstanding achievements of all employees.How to Apply: Click on APPLY NOW.
