Exciting Opportunity: Biopharmaceutical Operators Wanted at CSL SeqirusAre you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the biopharmaceutical industry? CSL Seqirus, a leading name in biopharmaceutical manufacturing renowned for its contributions to rare and serious diseases, influenza vaccines, and iron deficiency and nephrology, is seeking dedicated Operators to join their new state-of-the-art facility in Tullamarine through IPA.
About the Role: Shift Pattern: 38+ hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm with potential for overtime and weekend work.Location: TullamarineWork Environment: Aseptic cleanroom standardsResponsibilities:Write SOPs, conduct risk assessments, and review documents.Operate, assemble, and maintain production equipment (e.g., mixers, ultrafiltration units, autoclaves).Perform aseptic operations such as sterile filtration and sampling.Clean, sterilise, and prepare production equipment.Use automation systems (e.g., PCS, MES, SAP) for operational tasks.Train colleagues and maintain cleanliness in production areas.Troubleshoot minor process issues and manage inventory.Collaborate with engineers, validation, and quality teams.Compensation: Entry-level pay rate of $31.96 per hour plus Superannuation and applicable shift penaltiesTraining: 2 weeks of paid comprehensive training providedDuration: 6 month role with potential to extendAbout You:Experience:Previous experience as an operator in a pharmaceutical industryGrade A & B cleanroom experience ideal******Exposure to GMP and data integrity is highly regardedSkills:Adherence to strict procedural and hygiene standards, strong teamwork skillsClear and precise handwrittingRequirements: Ability to pass a National Police Check and hold full working rights in AustraliaPlease note there is no public transport access at this facilty so ideally you will need a reliable mode of transport.
