Follow up on any issues that may arise during the upload process and resolve them in a timely manner to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.Manage the vendor billing process, including reviewing vendor bills and invoices to ensure consistency with contracts and agreements. Coordinate communication with vendors, handle any billing issues and disputes, and maintain good working relationships.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Logistics, Customs or related field.Prior experience in Biology/Life Sciences is an added advantage.Strong understanding of the processes involved in managing the movement of goods and materials, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Have in-depth knowledge of Australian Customs policies, regulations and procedures.Good communication and collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers.
