It's important to know, what you do matters.A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich's Life Insurance Division as an Adviser Care Consultant.This is a great entry level role into Zurich where you will be provided with excellent training and the support of a wonderful team.You will provide exceptional service to our customers and advisers through inbound calls where you will assist with queries ranging from general Life Insurance policy information, processing requests, and maintaining details for existing Life Insurance policies.If you want to work in a professional, supportive culture with ongoing mentoring/training, flexibility, and great benefits, we want to hear from youImportant to your success - let's grow togetherStrong Customer Service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailGreat initiative and ability to prioritise tasksSolid computer literacy skillsBelong.
