Practice Manager - Pro Health Care Midwest (Beverley)Pro Health Care Midwest (Beverley) has been proudly supporting the local community for generations.
Due to an internal transfer, this highly regarded and longstanding practice is excited to be looking for a Practice Manager.
Reporting to the Board, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Practice.
This includes coordinating and overseeing the daily operations and business functions of the Practice, including the quality management system and people management.
This involves implementing a strategic plan that aims to build patient relationships, deliver exceptional patient care and create a team environment in which to work.
The position is offered as permanent full-time.
Key Duties include: Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource management;Lead and support a team of healthcare and administrative staff, promoting a positive and cohesive work culture;Establish and maintain quality management systems;Manage recall and reminder systems;Establish and review the rostering of non-clinical staff;Participate in the performance appraisal process and provide constructive feedback and support to staff;Adhere to determined budgets;Attend monthly Practice Manager meetings;General accounts duties such as reconciliations, billings, banking and supplies management.About You: To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
