At Emsee, we believe in empowering women with knowledge, support, and effective treatments to help them thrive during this significant life transition.As we continue to grow and innovate in the field of menopause care, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the overall management and administration of our bustling menopause centre. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, maintaining our high standards of patient care, and supporting our continued growth and innovation initiatives.The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for women's health and a track record of excellence in healthcare management. You will be responsible for leading our administrative team, managing resources efficiently, and implementing strategies to enhance both patient care and clinic performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in our fast-paced, specialist environmentDevelop and implement policies to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfactionManage clinic schedules, including doctor rostering and resource allocation for optimal patient care and operational efficiencyLead, mentor, and manage administrative and support staffConduct regular team meetings and performance evaluationsRecruit and train new staff members as our centre expandsOversee financial operations, including budgeting and billingManage expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resourcesWork with the billing team to process MBS claims and invoices accuratelyCollaborate with the Customer Success Manager to enhance patient satisfactionEnsure high-quality care and promptly address patient feedbackMaintain a supportive environment for women seeking menopause careCompliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standardsImplement quality assurance programs to maintain our high standards of careConduct regular audits to identify areas for improvementStrategic PlanningSupport the CMO in developing plans for clinic growth and service expansionIdentify opportunities to enhance our unique integrated care modelStay informed about advancements in menopause care and management practicesTechnology and Systems ManagementOversee clinic management systems and technologiesEnsure staff proficiency in using clinic software and toolsAddress IT issues to minimize disruptions to patient careQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)ExperienceMinimum 5 years in healthcare administration or practice managementProven track record in operations management and team leadershipSkillsStrong leadership and staff development abilitiesExcellent organizational and operational management skillsProficiency in medical office billing and financial managementKnowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to women's healthExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisionsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and quality assurance practicesUnderstanding of menopause and women's health issuesProficiency in clinic management software and relevant technologiesCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trendsJoin Our TeamAt Emsee, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on women's health and well-being.
