As we continue to grow and innovate in the field of menopause care, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the overall management and administration of our bustling menopause centre.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, maintaining our high standards of patient care, and supporting our continued growth and innovation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for women's health and a track record of excellence in healthcare management.
You will be responsible for leading our administrative team, managing resources efficiently, and implementing strategies to enhance both patient care and clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in our fast-paced, specialist environment Develop and implement policies to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction Manage clinic schedules, including doctor rostering and resource allocation for optimal patient care and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and support staff Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations Recruit and train new staff members as our centre expands Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and billing Manage expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources Work with the billing team to process MBS claims and invoices accurately Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to enhance patient satisfaction Ensure high-quality care and promptly address patient feedback Maintain a supportive environment for women seeking menopause care Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Implement quality assurance programs to maintain our high standards of care Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement Strategic Planning
Support the CMO in developing plans for clinic growth and service expansion Identify opportunities to enhance our unique integrated care model Stay informed about advancements in menopause care and management practices Technology and Systems Management
Oversee clinic management systems and technologies Ensure staff proficiency in using clinic software and tools Address IT issues to minimize disruptions to patient care Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience
Minimum 5 years in healthcare administration or practice management Proven track record in operations management and team leadership Skills
Strong leadership and staff development abilities Excellent organizational and operational management skills Proficiency in medical office billing and financial management Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to women's health Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality assurance practices Understanding of menopause and women's health issues Proficiency in clinic management software and relevant technologies Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends Join Our Team At Emsee, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on women's health and well-being.
