Greenwich Specialist Consulting Rooms is a collaborative practice comprising a team of independent psychiatrists, all working together under one roof.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic individual to join our team as a Practice Manager.

These services are predominantly those of financial management and staff management.
This position is part time, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am- 6:30pm.
Staff Performance Recruitment, induction, and training staff.
Determination of the work of these staff, including position definition, task types and task allocation in response to the needs of the businessDevelopment and review of systems of staff performance appraisal and training needs analysisReview of the performance of staffDevelopment and maintenance of appropriate human resources systemsFinancial Performance Assist external accountant with preparation of statutory reports and accountsManage and process payrollMaintenance of business recordsEnsure collection of debtBusiness Planning In consultation with the associates, determination of goals and objectives for the business for (1 – 3) yearsPreparation of budgets and annual plans to meet the objectives of the business and the AssociatesReporting against plan to Associates at determined intervalsDevelop strategies for change and growth.About You: It is essential that you have Practice Management experience.
Experience in Halaxy software is also very desirable.Collaborative spirit paired with the ability to work independently.You can rise to challenges and difficulties that are present in the jobAbility to communicate verbally and in writingStrong leadership and team-building experienceAbility to devise and review systems for operational efficiency and controlProven skills in financial management, including budgeting, invoicing and payroll.If you think you would be a good fit for our team, we invite you to apply today Job Type: Part-time
