This role serves as a senior manager within our ANZ business and has both regional and global scope. The Practice Manager is primarily responsible for devising the GTM strategy of the SAP Finance Practice as well as supporting selling and managing the delivery of our ANZ SAP Finance professional services. This role also has oversight responsibility of several large and strategic engagements and ensures that practice profit objectives, utilization and revenue goals are met.The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in SAP Finance and be eager to take ownership of and drive outstanding results for the Practice. This is also a people management role with direct reports, so excellent interpersonal skills and management experience are highly desirable.Essential Job FunctionsServes as a senior manager for a consulting practice with regional or global scope; primarily responsible for selling and managing the delivery of the organization's professional services.Develops market strategies and plans and executes them to develop profitable practices.Manages assigned consultants within the practice and assesses their performance and development.Has oversight responsibility for several very large engagements. Ensures that practice profit objectives, sales targets, utilization and revenue goals are met.Builds strategic partnerships with current and prospective clients. Contributes thought leadership in chosen discipline and understanding of client business. Establishes and articulates innovations and growth opportunities for clients and the company.Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level.Develops compelling proposal strategies and win themes; participates in sales pursuits.Identifies sales leads through established networks.Presents to large size groups of key decision makers at the executive level; develops and communicates vision and purpose, encourages contribution and support from others.
