GenesisCare is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team at the North Shore Health Hub.As the Practice Manager you are responsible for the administration and support operations for the clinic.
As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring patients have access to and receive the highest quality care.
This leadership role manages patient support solutions, accounts, and back-office operations.
Critical to your success will be your ability to build and facilitate positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.We are looking for a leader who is committed to continuous improvement and will showcase their skills and experience in this crucial role.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday.More specifically you will: Lead a team of administration staff including Medical Secretaries, Patient Service Officers, Bookings and Patient Accounts Officers to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered at the centre.Provide leadership of all patient service functions.Lead a team responsible for working with our doctors, allied health practitioners, and clinic schedules.Order stock, manage clinic room presentation, and ensure timely correspondence delivery and management of phone calls.Manage the team to ensure service provision and patient care is not compromised, providing clinical cover as required and facility management.Champion initiatives relating to patient care, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Patient Experience programs.Report service performance through audits and metrics to the centre leader to ensure service delivery standards are being met.Ensure patient invoices are generated and distributed on the nominated day.Manage consultation debtors effectively and in line with the Debtors policy.Perform a full function accounts receivable role including receipting payments, processing adjustments, refunds, and authorised fee changes.Maintain and control reminder systems including overdue letters.Actively support and champion GenesisCare and specific oncology initiatives to drive culture, quality, efficiency, and access.Develop strong working relationships with all doctors and allied health providers to ensure consistent high-quality clinic support.We're interested in hearing from people who: Demonstrated effective communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated leadership skills with a minimum of two years recent experience in a people management role in practice management.Ability to make effective, evidence-based decisions.Knowledge of healthcare services and systems.Proficiency in IT systems including use of Microsoft Office and other healthcare software.Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care.Innovative and continuous improvement mindset.Benefits of joining our team: Working with a vibrant team aligned with providing the best patient experience possible and outcomes.Internal and external training and development opportunities.All employees and their family members have access to free confidential support including financial, nutritional, and wellbeing coaching, legal advice & counselling.Learn and grow with our award-winning development programs.Range of benefits available: Qantas membership discount, Fitness Passport, 12 weeks paid parental leave, Bupa discount.About GenesisCareBy joining GenesisCare, you will be joining a highly progressive and passionate team of healthcare professionals and support staff, united by a common purpose: to design care experiences that deliver the best possible life outcomes.
