A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder to work on 3 - 4 retail fit outs worth $10 million combined.The Opportunity:Working for an established and reputable commercial fit out contractorWorking under a PM, with projects ranging from $500k - 4 million on average, in the retail, hospitality and education sectorsInitial projects are 3 - 4 retail fit out/ refurbishments worth $2 - 3 million each$140k to $160k packageImmediate startLong term permanent opportunityWestern Sydney based, close to a mainline train stationOpportunities for career advancement, training and developmentThe Company:An established Tier 3 Contractor with $50 million T/OSectors include commercial, education, and retailReporting to a Project Manager30 + staff in the businessOpportunities for further career advancement and developmentOpportunity to work on fast-paced retail projectsYou will have:A Construction Management Degree or similar4 years minimum previous contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essentialExperience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor paymentsSolid software experience with Jobpac and Procore soughtA steady career history and proven CA backgroundFit out experience preferredTo apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button.
