The key functions of the position include:Responding to enquiries from consumers/public in relation to our residential homesLiaise with residents, families and other related stakeholders in relation to financial/statistical information of current or potential clientsMeeting with potential residents and their families to discuss accommodation / financial information / tours etcEnsure all admission and discharge information is maintainedManagement of resident files / records and general reporting requirementsSupport and coordinate the Residential Aged Care Centres Ward ClerksAbout youPrior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in providing high level customer service to internal and external customersStrong IT skills and competent using the Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamCert IV or higher in Business/Administration (desirable)Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.Culture and BenefitsDhelkaya Health is located on Dja Dja Wurrung country in regional Victoria.
