This allows you to pay your expenses from your salary before tax which increases your take home payCulture – a flexible, diverse and inclusive working environment with the opportunity to truly to make a difference in someone's life everydayProfessional Development – ongoing training and opportunities to further develop your skillsStaff benefits – Access to various discounts via our Reward and Recognition website20% staff discount on Gym and Aqua memberships at Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation CentreFree Onsite ParkingResponsibilities:Provide exceptional care and support to residents within our residential aged care facility.Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with residents and their families.Assist with personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, promoting independence and dignity.Support residents' mobility and physical well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort.Engage residents in stimulating activities and social interactions, promoting mental and emotional well-being.Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans, tailored to meet each resident's unique needs.Skill and Experience required for this role:Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)Compassionate nature and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and their families.Empathy and patience to provide individualized support with dignity and respect.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Previous experience in residential aged care is highly valued.Provide National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)Evidence of COVID and Flu VaccinationsFull working rights in AustraliaHow to apply:To apply, please submit your resume along with a cover letter expressing your interest in working with our organisation.
