ABOUT THE ROLE Aurrum is seeking dedicated Carers to join our supportive care home team.
As a Carer, you will be supported by the clinical team and will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents while building and maintaining cordial relationships with our residents and their families, adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Completed Certificate III in Individual Support / Aging Support or equivalentCurrently undergoing Certificate III in Individual Support and completed 120hrs of placementExperience in Aged Care or Allied Health environment would be an advantage (not mandatory)Valid National Police check dated within 3 months of application (specific to work in aged care)Valid NDIS CheckBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH AURRUM AGED CARE A thorough onboarding and induction programOngoing training & personal developmentBirthday Leave – 1 day per year (in addition to accrued Annual Leave days)Aurrum All Star Employee Recognition ProgramFree counselling via Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Free Aurrum Staff UniformFree On-site ParkingAurrum is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to welcoming an inclusive, diverse and enriched work environment.
