Salary: $38.26-$68.87 per hour.

What You'll Do and Who You Are The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.
But there are a few character traits you should have from the get-go.
We look for people with a similar mindset: You're honest, energetic and approachable, and can communicate easily with people at all levels.
You take pride in your work, cope well under pressure, and thrive on a challenge.
You will assist our clients with activities including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
You can assist the client in many ways—this could include providing medication reminders, assisting with prescribed range-of-motion exercises, dementia care, and companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
Must Haves Must be 18 years of age Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance First Aid and CPR Certificate National Police Check Certified Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, Disability NDIS clearance NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate 100 points of Identification Right to work in Australia Nice to Have's 6 months of experience as a Personal Home Care Support Worker/Assistant in healthcare preferred Empathy and Compassion Practical Thinking Flexibility
