The Role The purpose of the Technical Services Engineer is to ensure the operational effectiveness of Pepper's IT systems and services by providing a business facing contact point for all matters.
The role delivers 2nd level support across the Pepper business, Support for VIP, Service ownership and improvement, Lifecycle, incident and change management.
Respond to tickets within service level objectivesPerform effective and efficient troubleshooting of incidentsTroubleshooting and resolve faults/issues with PCs, telephony, printers, applications, and AV equipmentOngoing communication and turnaround times associated with the incident triage process, troubleshooting and resolutions stages.Active involvement in the development of Pepper's approach to the delivery of its IT services through ownership of service improvement projectsUnderstanding and working within guidelines of privacy and consumer credit legislation is imperative.About you This role provides an opportunity to work on different aspects of business technology.

End User Computing, including hardware and SOE ManagementIntune - Application packaging, Configuration, and compliance policy ManagementDigital Workplace - including MS Teams, Viva, SharePoint, and file shareActive Directory (On-premise and Azure), Exchange Online Skills and GPO ManagementMobile device, remote access management, and remote workforce supportUnderstanding of Role-based access control and Identity ManagementThe way we work together is just as important as your experience.
