927336 Position Profile: We are seeking friendly, passionate and suitably experienced human resource professionals to join our team.

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will provide a tactical and operational contemporary human resource management service within a designated service portfolio within Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) that is responsive, solution focussed, accurate and person centred.
Reporting to the Human Resources Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide advice, support and assistance to management on change management processes including organisational design, employee consultation, implementation and review in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner.
Assist managers in the job creation and reclassification process by providing advice and direction on structure and job design issues.
Conduct internal reviews of suspected breaches of the Public Sector Standards in Human Resource Management.
Liaise with unions and employee associations on routine matters relating to individual employees in consultation with the workplace relations team.
Case manage internal and external redeployment of employees displaced as a result of organisational change or due to organisational operational requirements.
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people.
CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
